Courtesy visit by the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary General (SRSG) for UNMIL (United Nations Military In Liberia). Mr. Farid Zarif to the Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin at Defence Headquarters Abuja.
Purpose of visit is to solicit for the presence of Nigerian Armed Forces in Liberia to serve as a deterrence and provide psychological comfort as Liberia prepares for another Democratic transition.
